AI Audit and Pre-Audit Services

𝗚𝗥𝗖 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 are 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮.

 

ForHumanity’s mission is to examine and analyze the downside risk associated with AI, Algorithmic and Autonomous (AAA) Systems, then mitigate those risks.

 

The primary implementation lies within the infrastructure of trust called the Independent Audit of AI Systems (IAAIS). ForHumanity upholds and maintains this framework on behalf of all persons around the world that support robust governance, oversight and accountability of AAA systems.

 

IAAIS is available to every government, every commercial endeavor, every auditor and every advisor under training and licensing to ensure expert, uniform interpretation and implementation, as well as the critical value of independence.

 

As a licensee, GRC Solutions Korea supports IAAIS in South Korea with pre-audit and audit services.

 

ForHumanity plays two key roles in IAAIS:
 
1. Drafting the rules (Audit Criteria) for government adoption or voluntary market-based adoption
 
2. Training people as ForHumanity Certified Auditors (FHCA)

 

ForHumanity has more than 7,000 individual, auditable, implementable audit criteria across more than 50 certification schemes that are jurisdictionally sensitive and globally harmonized.

 

Examples include GDPR, EU AI Act, CORE AAA Governance, Digital Services Act, CCPA and NYC AEDT Bias Audit, as well as other schemes.

 

Now, ForHumanity is beginning to assist early adopters of compliance, with a focus on market leaders seeking to fulfill their governance obligations for these tools. Regular independent audits of AAA systems are the best mechanism for ensuring robust governance, oversight and accountability of these systems.
