AI Audit and Pre-Audit Services

GRC Solutions Korea is the first ForHumanity licensee for Independent Audit of AI Systems based in South Korea.

 

ForHumanity writes auditable criteria for AI, algorithmic and autonomous (AAA) systems and trains and certifies the auditors who apply them. Its Independent Audit of AI Systems (IAAIS) is offered to governments, companies, auditors and advisors under training and licensing, so the criteria are read the same way everywhere and the audit stays independent of the people being audited.

 

What is audited

 

An AI, algorithmic or autonomous system, and the organization that runs it, tested against the audit criteria of a published ForHumanity certification scheme. The audit asks one question of each criterion: does the evidence show it is met?

 

Pre-audit and audit

 

Pre-audit: we assess the system and its documentation against the scheme you are preparing for, identify the gaps and help you build the evidence before any audit.

 

Audit: a ForHumanity Certified Auditor (FHCA) tests the system against the scheme criteria and reports on the evidence.

 

For any one Client and system, we provide pre-audit or audit, not both.

 

Schemes covered

 

Son-U Michael Paik is an FHCA in Foundations of Independent Audit of AI Systems, the EU AI Act, the Digital Services Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children’s Code, CORE AAA Governance, New York City’s Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) law, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and Cybersecurity.

 

A ForHumanity audit is voluntary and independent. It does not replace any conformity assessment, certification or supervisory review that the law requires.

 

How an engagement starts

 

Send us the system, its intended purpose, the jurisdictions where it is used, the scheme you are working toward, your timeline and the decision owner. We reply with a scoping note: pre-audit or audit, the criteria in scope, the evidence we will need and a fee proposal.

 

This aligns with Slow AI: AI that cannot be governed, explained and audited is not deployed; the three tests are conjunctive, and the doctrine is a precondition, not a speed limit.
