Privacy Policy

GRC Solutions Korea (“we”) handles personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. What we collect and why. Through the contact form we collect your name, organization and email address, and the details you give about the objective, system, jurisdictions, timeline and decision owner. We use them only to respond to your inquiry and to scope a possible engagement. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.

2. Legal basis (EU visitors). We process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

3. How long we keep it. We keep inquiries for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them from our form records and email, unless an engagement follows, in which case the engagement contract governs retention.

4. Who processes it for us. Our website and contact form are hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel), which processes submissions on our behalf. Submissions are stored on Wix’s servers in Israel, the United States and other countries where Wix operates data centers. They are transferred when you submit the form, over an encrypted connection, and kept for the period in section 3. We do not provide your information to any other third party.

5. Cookies. Our website uses only the essential cookies that Wix needs for security and for the site to work (for example XSRF-TOKEN, svSession and bSession). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may then not work.

6. Your rights. You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, object to its use, or receive a copy of it, by emailing info@grcskorea.com. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security. Access to submissions is limited to our administrator account, which is protected by two-step verification.
